Hey y'all! We spent the whole day at the Angkor complex today. It was incredibly hot and humid--more so than I have ever experienced! We stayed hydrated and neither of us got sun burned! In my mind, Angkor was comparable to The Great Wall, Ephesus and the Parthenon. So amazing! The complex is enormous and the temples are quite spread out. My favorite was Ta Prohm because it has been "ruined" by jungle overgrowth.
Thanks to Ben for helping us with this part of our honeymoon! It was so great!!! We were hoping to get 2 or 3 days there, but our guides crammed so much in today that we feel fulfilled! Us, there are other fun opportunities tomorrow!
