Hey-o! In the past 24 hours we drove to Halong Bay. It is a beautiful bay famous for its striking tall islands that jut high out of the water. Most have caves inside and we got to visit a big one! Many thanks to Brian and Jana for our boat trip!!! It was so beautiful!
We also swam in the jellyfish infested waters, kayaked, spent the night on Cat Ba Island and guess what else? We ate! Thank you to Drew, Christine, Aaron and Colleen for our super fun kayaking adventure. We pretended we were in the Olympics. USA vs Vietnam Vs Australia Vs England!!!
A cockroach got stuck in my shoe when we were eating dinner last night, but you kind of get used to that :)
Doesn't this fish look yummy? It's funny that our guide Tuan always has to help us dismantle the whole fish. None of us know how to do it!
Tuan is in the photo with Christian (white shirts) if you can't figure that one out :)
We are now back in Hanoi and heading out to the last dinner with our group. Kind of sad :(
