We had a great day! Woke up at 8:52 in time to slip down for breakfast. Some strange espresso making device had us curious, we will have to observe some more tomorrow. We got on the bus and saw Keramikos (sp?) where the potter's community lived approximately 5 BC, and they had a major cemetary there. We walked around for about 2 hours and just my left arm got sunburned. Back on the bus we toured Athens and then saw the Archaeological Museum. Christian took lots of photos for future teaching slides. I reminisced about my freshman archaeological classes. A good mix. After a 2 hour nap we hit the Plaka for some good touristy times. Ended up in the cheapest restaurant that we could find which turned out to be somewhat authentic!?! Lots of Greek folks and tourists eating, drinking, singing and having a nice time. Goodnight everyone. Goodnight Wampus!!!

Wompers was looking good last night, she laid on the table while I watched the news....and to be perfectly frank, she did not seem too concerned about the MJ happenings....
